I am originally from the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, the small town of New Cumberland. I moved to West Central Florida near Tampa in 1986. My family (and my heart) is back home in West Virginia but boy the winters sure are nice and warm here in Florida.
I started to get into photography when point and shoot digitals started to hit the market, maybe back in 2000 or 2001. I kept upgrading and upgrading until I finally got a DSLR and love it. Little by little I have read anything I could get my hands on about photography and when that wasn't enough I took a couple online classes at Betterphoto.com to understand photography a little more. I have been living, breathing and eating photography.
